Global hospitality software company, Guestline, today announces further growth in London with the opening of a new central London office and the latest new client win, Black and White Hospitality. Owned by Marco Pierre White, Black and White Hospitality will be using Rezlynx – Guestline’s property management system – at their boutique New Road Hotel when it opens in December 2017.
Housed in a former textile factory, the 80-room New Road Hotel will offer a range of room options including warehouse and loft accommodation, with some of those featuring terraces and hot tubs. Each stylish room has exposed brick walls and large windows.
Joost de Kruiff, general manager, New Road Hotel commented:
“We appointed Guestline as we were impressed with the high level of experience and knowledge from the team. Their software is now at the very heart of our business and will play a fundamental role in delivering operational success.”
The new Guestline London office houses Guestline Labs, an exciting centre of excellence for product development. The team of developers within Guestline Labs are part of an infrastructure, technical support and IT team led by recently appointed chief technology officer, Andrew Metcalfe. They continue to drive the next generation of innovation within the business.
Andrew Metcalfe, chief technology officer, Guestline, commented:
“It’s an exciting time for Guestline as we undertake continued investment in our expansion across key regions of the world. The London hotel market is growing and vibrant so securing a greater presence in the capital is key to achieving our ambitions for growth. We look forward to supporting Black and White Hospitality and other clients in London in the future.”
As part of a support programme for hoteliers, Guestline regularly hosts Guestline Connect events, offering a chance for those working in the hospitality industry – from owners, sales and marketing, and operations to front of house managers – to hear the latest business best practice, hot tips and innovations in the sectors. A recent London specific event held in Soho included updates from Guestline and a selection of industry partners covering topics including how to stand out from the crowd online and capitalising on the impact and growth of mobile technology. Attendees also enjoyed expert insight into the benefits of having one integrated solution to managing properties and all their channels.
Hospitality professionals can meet Guestline at this year’s World Travel Market taking place at ExCeL in London Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 November 2017 in the travel technology hall on stand TT460.
