Our main office is based in Crayford, Kent, with remote offices in the North East and South West, all remote workers are subject to strict lone working procedures in line with our Health & Safety policy.
Within our Crayford office we do hold a variety of generic spare parts, we also retain some parts for older units when we modernise lifts, we are mindful that there are many older lifts still in operation and that cost to renew can be an expensive option, and that the importance of a working lift is imperative.
The effectiveness of our quality assurance is measured primarily through customer satisfaction. However, it is also measured by way of having no call backs and no insurance directives when the elevating devices are inspected.
