From February 20th – March 20th, seafood restaurant, Bucket, in Westbourne Grove will be offering exciting new dishes with paired cocktails cool enough to make you shiver with anticipation, exploring the versatility of three of the greatest things to come from Iceland – fish, tomatoes and Reyka Vodka. This special menu will be a snapshot into the ancient culture of Iceland and the harnessing of their natural resources of geothermal energy and spectacularly pure glacial spring water.
Each cocktail, created by Reyka brand ambassador Fabs Latham, will be perfectly paired with an Icelandic inspired fish dish by the talented Bucket chefs.
Puffin Collins – Reyka, pink grapefruit, fresh cherry tomato, elderflower, soda paired with Creamy Langoustine soup (Humarsupa) (£10)
Riverbank gimlet – Reyka, nettle cordial, Fino sherry, soil essence, tomato vine Paired with Butter braised Cod cheeks with sweet potato rosti, chilli cherry tomato oil and crispy chorizo (£7)
Tectonic spritz – Reyka, dry vermouth, greenhouse tomato, tonic water, rosemary Paired with Pan seared halibut with sweet roasted tomatoes (£15)

A Reyka masterclass led by fish fan Fabs Latham will also be taking place on March 14th with limited availability. As well as enjoying exceptional fish dishes and sipping Iceland’s best vodka, guests will delve into the mystical history of Iceland, from the Viking language to the eccentric beliefs in mythology.
