Direction Training Associates, set up in 1990 by Judith Clarke as a training consultancy moving to the development of professional online learning in 2014, is a specialist hospitality training company. All modules are developed inhouse by hospitality professionals to ‘Best Practice’ standards. With over 40 years of operational and training experience in hotels from private SME’s to 5*, Judith has a clear understanding of the needs of hotel businesses and their staff.

Graeme, not only brings IT expertise but has 20 years senior management experience on the event circuit with Sodexo and Compass and still works at key events such as Farnborough and Paris Air Shows.

Our latest development is looking at how we can support the trainers within your business. After many years of training staff and managers and setting up training systems in companies Judith has a lot of materials which we will be sharing with you. Trainers are often ‘given’ the responsibility of training but are not sure how to set about planning, implementing, reviewing and measuring the success of their training and these materials will support their role as well as give ‘old hands’ some ideas. Materials will include power point presentations, training sessions formats, training checklists, editable standards of performance manuals, training records and lots more information!
